Prosiv

Terms of service

Last updated 18 October 2026. An agreement between you and Prosiv, operating prosiv.net.

Prosiv is run as a sole proprietorship in Washington State. "We" and "us" mean that business; its name and contact address are at the foot of this page.

By using Prosiv you accept these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept on its behalf.

What the service is

You describe a shot, we write a prompt, and a model renders a short video. Rendering runs on LTX-2.5, made by Lightricks. You need an account and credits; there is no free tier.

Prosiv is offered in the United States only. By using it you confirm you are in the United States. We may refuse or close an account that is not, and we intend to open other countries later.

Credits and payment

Credits are bought in packs and spent by the length of each delivered video clip: one credit per started five seconds, so a 5-second clip costs one and a 10-second clip costs two. Photos cost one credit each. A render that fails is not charged — its credits are returned.

Credits are not money, carry no cash value, earn nothing, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. They do not expire while your account is open; they are lost if you close it.

Credits you have spent are not refundable, because the clip has been rendered and the GPU time is gone. Credits you have not spent are refundable within 14 days of purchase — write to us and we will refund them, no reason needed. After that we may still refund at our discretion; ask.

What you make is yours

You own the videos you generate. Lightricks claims no rights in the output of LTX-2.5, and neither do we. We keep only the licence we need to store your clips, show them back to you, and let you download them.

Each account keeps up to 50 videos at a time. At the limit, delete one to render another; we do not remove videos to make room, and a render refused for this reason costs no credit. Credits are not a promise of storage beyond that limit, so download what you want to keep.

We do not use your prompts or your videos to train models, and we do not show them to anyone else. The demo clips on our home page are our own.

You are responsible for what you put in. You confirm you have the rights to any image you upload, including the consent of anyone recognisable in it.

What you may not do

The model is licensed to us under the LTX-2.x Community License, and that licence requires us to pass its restrictions on to you as a binding term. So they are binding: you agree to the whole of its Attachment A and its Acceptable Use Policy, and we encourage you to read them. In particular, you may not use Prosiv:

We check prompts before rendering and refuse some of them. That check is not a judgement that everything it allows is lawful or wise — it is a filter, and the responsibility stays with you.

Telling people it is AI

Every clip carries provenance data in the file saying it was machine generated, with the model name and the time. That is embedded in what you download and you agree not to strip it.

We do not burn a visible badge into the picture. The duty to disclose belongs to whoever publishes the video — that is you — and where you publish usually reads the metadata and labels the content itself.

Where you publish may require you to disclose that the content is artificially generated — several US states regulate synthetic media in elections and in sexual content, and platforms have their own rules. You agree to meet whatever applies where you publish, and not to present our output as a real recording of real people.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your Google account secure, since that is how you sign in. You may delete your account at any time from the site; doing so erases your library and your videos and forfeits any credits.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do it for something serious, we may do it without notice and without refunding credits. If we close the service, we will give notice and refund credits you have not spent.

Availability, and what we do not promise

Prosiv is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that a render will succeed, or that the result will match what you imagined — a generative model is not a deterministic tool, and the same prompt twice will not give the same clip. We do not promise your output is free of resemblance to existing work, and we do not promise it is fit for any particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

Where the service is not available

We serve the United States only, which also satisfies the model licence's requirement that it not be made available in comprehensively sanctioned territories. You confirm you are not on a US restricted-party list.

Privacy

What we store and what you can do about it is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes, and the rest

We may change these terms; if a change matters we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use Prosiv afterwards accepts it. If a provision is unenforceable the rest stands. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts of Washington. Nothing here removes a consumer protection your own state gives you that cannot be waived, including your rights under the Washington Consumer Protection Act if you are here.
